By accessing or using MMT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ("we," "us," "our").
2. Description of Service
MMT is a personal movie and TV series tracking application. It allows registered users to maintain watchlists, track viewing progress, connect with friends, and browse movie/TV data provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Accounts
You must register with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (d) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without prior written consent; (e) reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code comprising the Service (excluding user-generated content and TMDB data) is the property of . TMDB data is provided under the TMDB API terms and remains the property of TMDB. User watchlist data and preferences you create remain yours; you grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service uses The Movie Database (TMDB) API to provide movie and TV data. TMDB is an independent third party. We are not responsible for TMDB's availability, accuracy, or their terms of service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
